House Rules

Thank you for choosing to stay at Greendale Farm Stay.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. Our mission is to help our guests create wonderful memories at our farm. For us to do so, we ask that you follow our house rules.

Check – in is 2pm. Check-out is 10am. We are happy to accommodate early check in/check-out when we can. Please feel free to ask us.
Only staying guests are permitted in the house and property. No additional guests or visitors can enter the house or property at any time.
Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No pets. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Greendale Farm Stay to ensure the safety and happiness of our animals, visiting wildlife and of course the safety of your pets.
Bilpin is a small, quiet community. Please respect our neighbours by minimising noise between 10pm - 7am and be aware that noise echoes in the mountains. please ensure all external lights are switched off when you retire for the night.
Parties and loud shouting/music/general noise will not be tolerated.
As a working farm there are large, open dams in our fenced paddocks for our animals. We also back on to the national park. It is the sole responsibility of the attending adults to supervise children and be accountable for any injuries, loss or damages whilst on the property.
No shoes are to be worn in the house please.· No smoking in the house. Smoking only in designated areas.
The pizza oven, Firepit and BBQ’s are not to be used during a total fire ban.
Food and drinks are not permitted in the bedrooms.· Please be respectful of our property and Farm Stay home.
